Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels

Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlist top candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Maintain talent pipelines and update candidate databases

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for clients
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong interviewing and assessment skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively

SHRM / CIPD certifications are a plus
