Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed

  • Handle email communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests

  • Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical

  • Support HR and admin functions such as onboarding, documentation, and logistics

  • Assist in coordinating events, trainings, and office activities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients when required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools

  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality

  • Positive attitude and willingness to support cross-functional teams
