Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our clients in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will play a key role in shaping workforce quality and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlist top candidates

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

  • Maintain talent pipelines and update candidate databases

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively

  • SHRM / CIPD certifications are a plus
