Receptionist

We are looking for a welcoming and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. This role plays a key part in creating a positive and professional first impression while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional environment

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office logistics

  • Assist in handling mail, deliveries, and courier services

  • Support administrative tasks, documentation, and basic HR coordination

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures

  • Provide general support to staff and management when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office tools

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
